ILGA-Asia Conference

I just wondering why there is a banned on ILGA-Asia Conference in Surabaya. Indonesia which is known as a country with so many culturals, religions, customs, etc, that we knew as a plural country, can not appreciate the rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisex, Transex to held conference. Moslem Forums that urged Indonesian Police to ban this conference is not fair. Just let this LGBT community do their activities, to be heard, this minority voices do really need to be heard.
